Year-end appeal: Please make a donation to the OEIS Foundation to support ongoing development and maintenance of the OEIS. We are now in our 61st year, we have over 378,000 sequences, and we’ve reached 11,000 citations (which often say “discovered thanks to the OEIS”).

EXAMPLE
11 is the fourth twin prime, i.e., A001097(4). 18 is the minimal average of a twin prime pair, i.e., (17,19), where 18*11=198 is the average of the twin prime pair (197,199). So, a(4)=18.
