COMMENTS
The dimensionless coefficient in the expression for the repulsive electrostatic force between two identical charged conducting spheres in contact. If the charge of each sphere is Q and its radius is R, then the force equals c * k * Q^2/(2*R)^2, where k is the Coulomb constant (A182999) and c is this constant. This formula was first published by Lord Kelvin in 1853.
