Year-end appeal: Please make a donation to the OEIS Foundation to support ongoing development and maintenance of the OEIS. We are now in our 61st year, we have over 378,000 sequences, and we’ve reached 11,000 citations (which often say “discovered thanks to the OEIS”).

COMMENTS
Since the Boltzmann constant k in the 2019 SI system is equal to 1.380649×10^(-23) J/K (see A070063) and given the fact that c = 299792458 m/s is also exact according to the same system (see A003678), it follows that k/c^2 is a rational number.
For the (inverse) kilogram/kelvin relationship in kelvin units, c^2/k = 6.509657260...*10^39 K, see links.

FORMULA
a(n) = A070063 / A003678^2.
k/c^2 = (1.380649*10^(-23))/299792458^2 = 18913/123117147772166800000000000000000000000000000 kg.
EXAMPLE
1.536179187240372234762...*10^(-40) (rational number).
