Most terms in A014960 have the form (23^m * 47^n), all seem to be divisible by 23; A014960(12) is divisible by 23, but has an "exceptional and noisy" prime factor; there are certainly other ones, not known yet.

Prime p is in this sequence if the multiplicative order of 24 modulo p is the product of smaller terms of this sequence. - Max Alekseyev, May 26 2010
