I see that you changed the protection level, i.e.

(Changed protection level for "Template:Index Section List" ([edit=autoconfirmed] (indefinite) [move=autoconfirmed] (indefinite)))

but I still can't edit it although I belong to groups "Autoconfirmed users, Users" (I get "View source" tab only), so the page must now be semi-protected instead of protected... — Daniel Forgues 02:28, 12 May 2013 (UTC)

Strange, Special:Log says "autoconfirmed", and "view source" says "locked". Special:ListGroupRights does not mention "autoconfirmed", the group doesn't exist, and the right (flag) is contained in the "administrators"/"bots"/"editors" groups. Elsewhere "autoconfirmed" is a group consisting of users with a working (challenge + click) e-mail address, no idea why that's different here. Back to the real issue, Rec clearly exists, but is AWOL on the template. –Frank Ellermann 04:00, 18 October 2017 (UTC)

This template is a "protected" page, and hence only editable by OeisWiki:Administrators, who have the "protect" right. And, on the real issue, Rec is a special page for recurrences, like Fractions and Triangles, and so I don't think it belongs in the alphabetical list of index sections - Index_to_OEIS:_Section_Rea doesn't stop at Rec, but instead continues through Reisel numbers. If Index_to_OEIS:_Section_Rec is not good enough for the template I don't understand how it is populated. But for the purposes of category:Protected items with edit request this one now reached a good rejected state after 50 months, I disabled {{edit request}} here. @Daniel Forgues: Just enable it again (=remove tlx|) if you still think it isn't as it should be. –Frank Ellermann 03:15, 21 October 2017 (UTC)

May I suggest using a background color, e.g.
