The {{oeisf}} external link template gives an external link (with an arrow icon (if since using http) or a lock icon (if since using https)) to the http://oeisf.org/first_parameter_string file or directory pathname (where first parameter string is automatically URL encoded) of The OEIS Foundation Inc. web site http://oeisf.org/.

Parameters:

1. first parameter string: file or directory pathname on oeisf.org/ (automatically URL encoded) without a page anchor (which is third parameter string;)
2. (optional) second parameter string: link label (first parameter string used as default;)
3. (optional) third parameter string: anchor to link to on the page (without the # sign) (automatically URL encoded) (if second parameter string is not provided, you must prepend 3=)

Usage:

{{oeisf|File or directory pathname}}, e.g.

{{oeisf|trustees.txt}} to get trustees.txt

{{oeisf|File or directory pathname|3=Anchor}}, e.g.

{{oeisf|index.html|3=POSTER}} to get index.html

{{oeisf|index.html|3=DONATE}} to get index.html

{{oeisf|File or directory pathname|Link label}}, e.g.

{{oeisf|trustees.txt|Trustees of the corporation}} to get Trustees of the corporation

{{oeisf|File or directory pathname|Link label|Anchor}}, e.g.

{{oeisf|index.html|OEIS Poster|POSTER}} to get OEIS Poster

{{oeisf|index.html|To donate to The OEIS Foundation Inc.|DONATE}} to get To donate to The OEIS Foundation Inc.
