(1) A(x) = exp( Sum_{n>=1} sigma(n)*sigma(2*n) * x^n/n ).
(2) A(x) = exp( Sum_{n>=1} Sum_{k>=1} sigma(2*n*k) * x^(n*k) / n ).
(3) a(n) = (1/n) * Sum_{k=1..n} sigma(k)*sigma(2*k) * a(n-k) for n>0, with a(0) = 1.
