Conjecture from Colin Barker, Mar 13 2014: (Start)

  a(n) = 2^n+2*3^(n-1)-3.

  a(n) = 5*a(n-1)-5*a(n-2)-5*a(n-3)+6*a(n-4).

  G.f.: x*(8*x^2-x-1) / ((x-1)*(2*x-1)*(3*x-1)).

a(3) = 23 = sum of row 3 terms of triangle A134349: (2 + 8 + 13).

a(3) = 23 = (1, 2, 1) dot (1, 6, 10) = (1 + 12 + 10), where A134351 = (1, 6, 10, 128, 34, 66,...).
