a(n) = 2^n + 2*3^(n-1) - 3.
a(n) = 5*a(n-1) - 5*a(n-2) - 5*a(n-3) + 6*a(n-4).
G.f.: x*(8*x^2-x-1) / ((x-1)*(2*x-1)*(3*x-1)).
