PhD in Theoretical Physics. I am currently working for PerkinElmer on mathematical methods in data analysis. For a long time number theory has attracted my interest, and some of it has ended up in algorithms that I have written. E.g. Penrose tilings have inspired a quasichristal structure that are used for image alignment.
