Dear Daniel, you write (actually it can be seen three times on the page) "conjectured by MacMahon (1960)". I am sorry to say that Percy Alexander MacMahon died in 1929. The phrase "MacMahon (1960) conjectured" can be found on mathworld and refers there to the second edition of MacMahon's "Combinatory Analysis". Moreover, though it is true that MacMahon conjectured it at one time he doubted it later as can be seen in his "Combinatory Analysis", vol. 2, p. 175, first edition, 1916.
