Talk:Montgomery's pair correlation conjecture

In the "External links", the paper by Mostow is irrelevant, since it is about a different conjecture by a different Montgomery. Indeed, you can see from the date that it can not be correct. Hence, it should be deleted (but I have not done that in case someone disagrees).
