A301974 Decimal expansion of value of the Fermi coupling constant G_F in GeV^(-2). 0

%I #8 Apr 16 2018 18:48:26

%S 1,1,6,6,3,7

%N Decimal expansion of value of the Fermi coupling constant G_F in GeV^(-2).

%C The vacuum expectation value v of the Higgs field, which is thought to be responsible for electroweak symmetry breaking, can be expressed in terms of G_F as v = (A002193*G_F)^(-1/2). This symmetry breaking marked the transition from the electroweak epoch to the quark epoch of the Universe and separated the electroweak interaction into the weak interaction and electromegnetism.
