FORMULA

Empirical: a(n) = a(n-1) + 3*a(n-2) + 18*a(n-3) + a(n-4) - 19*a(n-5) - 36*a(n-6) - 13*a(n-7) + 5*a(n-8) + 10*a(n-9).
