The initial values of tau (number of divisors function, A000005) can be partitioned into nondecreasing runs as follows: {1, 2, 2, 3}, {2, 4}, {2, 4}, {3, 4}, {2, 6}, {2, 4, 4, 5}, {2, 6}, {2, 6}, {4, 4}, {2, 8}, {3, 4, 4, 6}, {2, 8}, {2, 6}, {4, 4, 4, 9}, {2, 4, 4, 8}, {2, 8}, {2, 6, 6}, {4}, {2, 10}, ...
