%C Gives the general solution to a(n) = 2*a(n-1) + k(k+2)*a(n-2), a(0) = a(1) = 1. The value k=1 gives the row sums of the triangle, or 1,1,5,13,... This is A046717, the solution to a(n) = 2*a(n-1) + 3*a(n-2), a(0)=a(1)=1.
