FORMULA

a(n)=[2n/3] if this is positive and new, else a(n)=[3n/2].

EXAMPLE

a(1)=[3/2]=1 because [2/3] is not positive.

a(2)=[2*3/2]=3.

a(3)=[3*2/3]=2.
