Rabie A. Mahmoud received the B.Sc. Degree, Faculty of Science, Tishreen University, Latakia-Syria, in 2001, the MS. and Ph.D. in Computational Science, Faculty of Science, Cairo University, Egypt, in 2007 and 2011 respectively. Currently, he is with General Organization of Remote Sensing (GORS), Syria and the Department of Computer Engineering, Arab Academy of Science, Technology & Maritime Transport, Latakia branch, Latakia, Syria.
