I am a retired mathematical technical assistant with main interests in Astronomy, Cosmology, Quantum Physics and Mathematics. My special interest in integer sequences stems from dealing with the 3x+1 Problem (Collatz Problem). I published some papers on recursion, finite automats, syntax analysis and relational databases in the german computer magazin c't(for example: c't,1993,Vol.9,p 192-198. I also wrote the book Transputer und Occam - Das Handbuch für Sytementwickler (ISBN 3-88229-000-5).
