Dr. Charles Glover is a Data Scientist who specializes in algorithm analysis and machine learning, where he helps clients to discover information from large data sets in efficient manners. This expertise is helping subject matter experts shift from traditional infrastructures to leverage their skills in cloud computing environments. Before joining the Data Science team at Booz Allen Hamilton, Dr. Glover worked at the University of Maryland in College Park where he worked with the Federal Aviation Administration on an algorithm to reduce the amount of delay that flights expect to receive because of bad weather. He is also the founder of the web site LEARNINGlover.com, which provides resources for participants to learn math and computer related concepts. He received his Bachelor of Science from Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA and his Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Maryland in College Park. His work was also noted in the July 2014 issue of Ebony magazine where Data Science was noted as the most growing job in the country.
