The {{tl}} typing-aid template, whose name stands for 'Template Link', is used to display a template name as a link surrounded by braces, thus showing how the template would be used in code, and it uses a proportional font. Its primary use is in instruction and documentation. With {{tl}} you can add up to 12 parameters and interwiki links separated by "|", escaping any "=" with "{{=}}".
