Instructions for editors and similar maintenance topics could also go to the Project namespace for meta topics. The OeisWiki:Project pages can be ignored by OEIS proper and OEIS wiki users, they are mostly for wiki editors, including Wiki admins and here also "OEIS proper editors" as subsets.

Apparently the OEIS index in the Wiki with, e.g., URL /wiki/Index_to_OEIS:_Section_Per is the target of a redirection for the "real" OEIS index used in sequences with URL /index/Per. If that's how it works it is a redirection in the OEIS web server, and creating new Index pages requires the help of a Web server admin. –Frank Ellermann 08:06, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
