Category:Unary arithmetic functions
Most arithmetic functions are unary, a few of them (e.g. GCD, LCM) being binary or n-ary.
This is a REDIRECTING CATEGORY (CATEGORY REDIRECT).
Note: This category should be empty (any content should be recategorized). This category should only be categorized (in the originating category structure) if it is acting as a bridge towards a distinct, but related, category structure.
Redirecting categories (category redirects) are "variant" categories relating to the same concept as a so-called "real" category under different names. The purpose of redirecting categories (category redirects) is to funnel those "variant" categories towards that "real" category.
To categorize a category in Category:Redirecting categories you just use the template tag {{Redirecting category|"Real" category}} in the "variant" category page, where '"real" category' is the category name (without Category: prefix.) A link to the destination category will then created (no need to use square brackets.) This tag should be used on existing "variant" categories that are likely to be used by others, even though the "real" category is elsewhere. Redirecting categories (category redirects) should be empty. Non-bridging category redirects should not be categorized. It should not be used on categories that are misspellings and thus unlikely to be used by other people.
