I have had a lifelong interest in numbers, particularly prime numbers, and was a teacher of Mathematics for many years. I am now retired but maintain an interest in numbers, amusing myself by keeping a record of my diurnal age and examining the properties of the resultant number via its entries in the OEIS. This daily habit I've found to be a wonderful way of broadening and deepening my knowledge of numbers.
