User:Robin Whitty
Robin Whitty took at degree in Mathematics at what is now Queen Mary University of London and a PhD in Software Engineering at what is now London South Bank University. He lectured in Computer Science at Goldsmiths and then at London South Bank University. The year 1996–97 he spent on sabbatical at LAAS du CNRS in Toulouse.
Robin currently teaches mathematics at Queen Mary University of London; is responsible for modules in Computer Security and Combinatorial Optimisation for the University of London International Programmes degree in Computing and Information Systems; and teaches regularly for Oxford University's Department for Continuing Education. He holds a visiting chair in Computer Science at London South Bank University.
Robin is creator of the mathematics website www.theoremoftheday.org. His research interests are in combinatorics and combinatorial optimisation.
