FWIW, here's a plain HTML try:

Graphs-1.png
The On-Line Encyclopedia
of Integer Sequences ®

founded in 1964 by N. J. A. Sloane

Graphics-EKG.png

which is the result of the following 5 lines:

 <table><tr><th> [[File:Graphs-1.png|150px]] <th nowrap style="padding:0 3em">
 <hr><div style="font:small-caps 24pt serif; letter-spacing: 1px; margin: 0 1.5em">
The On-Line Encyclopedia <br> of Integer Sequences ®</div>
 <hr><p style="font: normal 10pt serif; text-align:right">founded in 1964 by N. J. A. Sloane</p>
 <th> [[File:graphics-EKG.png|150px]] </tr></table>

Note (added 19-Jan-2023): This was a "complement of information" to a paragraph on the "New OEIS Banner" page.

Nostalgia

During the "New OEIS Banner" contest, my original submission was titled "Nostalgia", it looks as follows:

OEIS-old and new.png

It was chosen to remind of the banner on Sloane's original OEIS web page in his personal namespace on the AT&T research lab's web server at the URL http://research.att.com/~njas/sequences/ (now still available through the web.archive.org),
