I am an undergraduate at the University of California Santa Barbara studying theoretical physics. I am currently being advised by Dr. Boris Shraiman and Dr. Greg Huber at the Kavli Institute of Theoretical Physics. I began research under the mathematician Dr. Padraic Bartlett exploring a combinatorial game based on 1-0 matrices. I have also done High Energy experimental physics under Dr. David Stuart building and analyzing data from a cosmic muon detector. My research with Dr. Greg Huber began by answering geometric questions about divisibility conditions on Pascal's Triangle. The work with him then shifted into a study on colloidal glass. I am currently pursuing a senior thesis with Dr. Boris Shraiman studying population dynamics under the influence of evolution.

Integer sequences have always been fascinating to me. Simple lists with simple rules often present themselves as a complete mystery to the greatest minds on the planet. It is this humbling, if not also encouraging, dichotomy that reminds me that none of us know everything and anyone can contribute something.
