Gained a BSc in Applied Physics from Bristol Polytechnic in 1985 and a PhD from Cranfield University in 2012, thesis Delayed failure of software components using stochastic testing. A Fellow of the British Interplanetary Society, has published on the status of the Warp Drive. Mathematical interests include classification of integer sequences by parity, and binary tree sequences.
