I have studied Computer Science and Mathematics at Magnitogorsk State University of Magnitogorsk, Russia. Now I am Software Engineer at PJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works. I invented a new class of overlapped windows (https://habr.com/ru/post/430536/), split-radix fast Hartley transform (not first, but first with code - https://github.com/Refridgerator/FHT) and some other unpublished yet works.
