I am a computational linguist, and strictly an amateur when it comes to mathematics. Nevertheless, I enjoy playing with numbers and exploring, so once in a while I come up with something new.

In my computational linguistics work, I've been experimenting with suffix arrays. A lot of combinatorial questions come up with various aspects of suffix arrays, and most of them are not answered on OEIS. At least they are not answered yet.
