I am a composer and music theorist. Through my studies as a musician I have come to be interested in mathematics, specifically combinatorics and how the research in that field can be applied to music composition. My influences include composers such as Tom Johnson and Elliot Carter who have also made extensive use of permutations and combinations in their work.
