Born on 02/09/95, I am still at school, but am a competent and high-aiming mathematician in my own right as my past record of full marks in UKJMC, UKIMC - prestigious school competitions in the UK - and qualification for final of British Senior Maths Olympiad both last year, this year, and hopefully next year to complete the "hat-trick" will indicate. Although my skills comprise of mainly school level maths, I have made it my personal goal to seek out and understand as many contemporary mathematical concepts as I can find and I now believe that I have the appropriate arsenal to start investigating this particular branch of mathematics more deeply. I must confess, however, that I have up until now found no obvious mathematical use for the particular sequences I plan to put forward, but some I believe to be quite beautiful in their relatively simple formulae and interesting results. For example, I recently stumbled across a sequence resulting from a formula using a certain grouping of the digits of pi, which starts "4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 16," before seemingly dissolving into chains of primes.
