about history

I was very impressed and pleased when I noticed that for some sequences, their "full"(?) history from (almost?) the beginning of OEIS, back to ~1990, was available; see e.g. http://oeis.org/history?seq=A000123&start=25 . However, I must now more and more often realize that for many other sequences all changes dating from before June or July 2010 are lost (cf. e.g. http://oeis.org/history?seq=A160051 ). How is this explained ? — M. F. Hasler 10:06, 7 December 2010 (UTC)

"Approve" or not by Ass Eds?

We read: ...We hope you will look at these sequences, and do one of the following: click on "Approve"... but this contradicts with Instructions For Eds-in-c that only EiC's can approve/reject... Zak Seidov 17:00, 12 February 2013 (UTC)

CSS to replace underlines with bg colour

Underlines are often very bad for understanding the changes. I made this change with extension Stylish (for Chrome, apparently it's also available for Opera and Firefox).

   background-color: LightGray;
   text-decoration: none;

Is this worth adding? Juhani Heino 14:26, 25 August 2015 (UTC)
