Roy Williams (CalTech) had posed a challenge in the '90s regarding explaining the "near integer" sorts of numbers that fall out of . An example is Ramanujan's constant. A019296 relates to this subject. I have no idea if/how it was resolved. A few examples are n=719 yielding 719 3842614373539548891490294277805829192.9999xx and n=232 yielding 604729957825300084759.99999yyy.
