The geometric mean of a finite sequence of real numbers having terms is the th root of the product of all the terms; the geometric mean of two numbers is the square root of the product of those two numbers, the geometric mean of three numbers is the cubic root of the product of those three numbers, etc . For example, the geometric mean of the first ten positive integers is approximately 4.528728688 (as that is ).
