EXAMPLE

a(7)=8 since 2^8+1=257=(1)+(0)2+(2)2^2+(1)2^3+(1)2^4+(1)2^5+(3)2^6,

and A089398 begins: {1,0,2,1,1,1,3,2,2,0,3,2,2,2,4,3,3,1,...}.
